How does the uploading of files take place?

You upload (copy) your files to your web site by means of an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program. If you do not already have such a program installed on your computer the current program favored by most Windows users is WS-FTP or Cute Ftp which can be downloaded for a reasonable cost from various sources such as Shareware.com and Tucows.com.

How can I sell my domain?

After you agreed upon your terms of sale with the purchaser there are two options to transfer the ownership of your domain to the new owner:

  1. Send us the details of the new domain owner and we will change the record of the domain for you. After the domain record has been updated the new owner may use the domain name. This process may take 48 hours.
  2. The new owner can ask his new domain registrar or hosting company to transfer the domain. The current owner, administrative and billing contacts will receive an email requesting to confirm the transfer. After confirmation of any of the above the domain name will be transferred. This option may take from a few days up to one or two weeks.
